Frontenac Challenge 2023

  The Challenge begins 01 September and runs till 31 October of each year. Participants must hike a specific number of trails depending on the Challenge they choose. We have the Junior Challenge which is geared for children 12 years or younger, they must hike 6 trails of their choice. We have the Trek which is for anyone who wishes to hike only 6 trails however note that Doe Lake and Arab Gorge are excluded. Finally we have the Full Challenge where the participant must hike all 11 Trails. Volunteers install clues on the trails just a few days prior to the challenge and as you hike the trails you must track the clues.  Your daily (or annual pass)  parking or camping permits must be purchased at the park office.  

THIS REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE  PARKING FEES.  You must also register with Ontario Parks to reserve a parking spot each day.  For more details on the parking registration contact the park office.
